This week:

A new age is dawning for + 4th St Music … come ride the wave of change with us during the next six months as we transform our vision into the reality of the city’s premiere stop for music connoisseurs of all stripes and genres.

Among the newest items appropriate for the Buy Local First Week of the holiday season:

Glass art by local artists including stunning glass jewelry pendants by Sarinda Jones that refract light beautifully.

Tobacco aficionados also can select seamless glass pieces created by Michael Osten.

Audiophiles can select holiday gifts from a complete collection of Skullcandy headphones and accessories. This product line, which combines a mad style with thump-sound quality matched only by top-of-the-line studio equipment, comes directly from Park City.

New and vintage turntables, along with the accessories needed to bring that vinyl collection to its justly-deserved sound environment, are fully stocked. And, any special order equipment can be located without incurring any additional search-and-find fees.

By spring, the store will showcase regular live music performances and in-store signings with artists who will perform in the city’s steadily widening range of club venues. Tickets for shows this holiday season and beyond are available at generously affordable prices comparable to other ticket outlets.

We also bid farewell and best wishes to Leif who was part of the store’s original staff and its predecessor at Orion’s. Others knew him from his Salt City days as well. He is moving to chase new dreams.

New music highlights will be available next week.

As a holiday bonus, Positively 4th St. Music encourages readers of The Selective Echo to visit the store and …
